Reflection, Deception, & Destruction

Reflection to one another,
Identical and destructive, caused by the deception you give.

Butter Chicken Recipe

Since two months ago, I have a pretty bad weekly headache. On Friday to be specific. Because Friday is my turn to cook. Now I fully comprehend moms' feeling when they ask us, "Hari ni nak makan apa?" The struggle is real, guys T_____T

I live with the other 4 girls who cook better than me for sure, and I get a little anxious to feed them every Friday because they feed me good for the rest 6 days

Today I did my second attempt on butter chicken. The first one turned out not so good, previous butter chicken was so dry, it looked like spicy fried chicken with a bit taste of butter :') It was edible, but not butter chicken by public definition

Anyways, today is the day, the day my butter chicken finally a success!

Haih even from picture you know it's a yummy :P

- 5 parts of chicken, any part
- An egg
- Rice flour
- Salt
- Sugar
- Curry powder

Mix all of these ingredients, keep for about 1 hour, and then fry until golden yellowish colour

- 2 spoon of butter
- Chili
- Curry leaves
- Slices of cheese
- Chicken cube
- Milk, I use ordinary fresh milk
- Ground black pepper

1. Melt butter on hot pan
2. Put curry leaves and chilli in melted butter until it smells so good. Don't keep it too long, melted butter would dry
3. Pour milk, according to how you want it to be berkuah
4. Put cheese, let it melt
5. A bit of ground black pepper, not too much. Half of chicken cube. And a bit of salt.
6. Mix with fried chicken you prepared just now. Mix it just nice, don't keep it too long, it would turn out dry. Just to make sure the kuah evenly mix with chicken

Happy trying guys!

Crumpled shirts

We were the same music travelling in a vacuum space
Until one day you asked full of grimace;
"Would a song still a song when played in silent?"
Crossing out a whole statement claims we are salient

Suitcases you pack all your clothes
While denying what we had with boast
But wait, beneath crumpled shirts you fold
Was it a picture of us both?

Travel: Dublin, Ireland

I just got back from Ireland yesterday morning and it was a fun trip, minus the weather messed up with my plan. All went well, except that I don't get to complete my Galway to do list, but it's okay. I definitely will go to Galway several times, not only for the places, but as well for people there.

My flight ticket costs £ 20 for return ticket, Manchester - Dublin, the flight was only about 40 minutes. Yeah, not that far. And I exchanged £ 60 for € 80, spent € 58.51 so I brought back € 21.49

Sweatshirt @ Carrols: € 17.99
3 postscards @ Carrols: € 1
Fridge Magnet @ Carrols: € 2.99
Finn Adventure Time keychain @ Forbidden Planet Dublin: € 8

Dublin Bus, Return Dublin City - University College Dublin (UCD): € 5.60
They have a good transportation network, you can plan your Dublin route by downloading Dublin Bus apps from apps store both iOS and Android. They have mobile wifi in the bus by the way.

Eat out:
Smoothie Jump Juicecell @ Dublin Airport: € 4.45
Tim Hortons Chocolate Muffin @ Dublin Airport: € 2
Pasta Carbonara + Garlic Bread @ South Street, Dublin: € 10
Soft drink: ¢ 65
4 Breads: € 5.83

There goes the breakdown spending. I spent very little on food and have no accommodation spending because I stayed at my friends' house at University College Dublin when we were in Dublin same goes when we were in Galway, I stayed at a friend's house. They cooked for us :') The food I spent on was only for our transition from a place to another. So people, network is so important.

Honestly, Dublin City is hambar because our vacation aim is to escape from hectic city, and what a city supposed to be, Dublin City is equivalently busy to Manchester City. We were not planning on shopping, plus what they sell in Dublin City, the brands are also found in Manchester.

The bright part is their old buildings are so much more beautiful than Manchester because in Manchester, mostly the buildings are modern designated.

Grafton Street:

I honestly advise you not to buy anything from this street, because I didn't. According to my senior, the price for goods and services there are inflated. Meaning the price are more expensive than anywhere else, same product, different price. But Grafton Street is still, a nice place to take pictures.

Royal College of Surgeon Ireland, RCSI:

Since I came to Ireland to visit my friends, so what I did was Dublin universities tour. First university I went was University College Dublin but I didn't take any pictures there, sadly. But they have the best student accommodation I have ever been, so far. Next, I went to RCSI, it's my tour guide's university.

Albert Lecture Theatre and Atrium is a very small lecture theatre and open for postgraduate classes and any 'perbicaraan' for any discipline cases in RCSI

Trinity College Dublin, TCD:

TCD is the oldest university here and it is huge. Really huge. According to my tour guide, TCD was originally built for women and royals. Then they build another universities for more public admission. This is history, now, TCD is opened to any applicants with any backgrounds.

The building behind the trees are accommodation for the top students at TCD. They have quotas for each course to be selected as top students TCD. For example, top 2 from medics, top 2 from economics. And when after selection based on exam result, they would sit for another test, the top students from the top students, would then be placed at this building. The accommodation is totally free of charge, as reward to their top students. I think this is a good idea to suggest to Malaysia universities. What a good motivation.

I will post separate entries for Wicklow and Galway, both are counties in Ireland
